HowRUIt’s easy to get caught up in schedules and to-do lists anytime of the year and winter is no different. Studies show though that when you take time for yourself, you improve your immune system and your mood. You don’t have to neglect your responsibilities, but you do have to be responsible to yourself. Watch your favorite TV show, read a good book or just have a nice conversation with a friend. Just try to unwind and let yourself relax.
